Author Spotlight: Dawne Prochilo

Please welcome Dawne Prochilo to the Author Spotlight today! Dawne shares a few thoughts about her popular novel, When We Meet Again.

From Dawne:

How many of us have wished we could turn back the clock? Go back to one specific time that would change our lives forever and it would be exactly how we wanted it.

We've all had that moment in our lives when we think this... I know I have.

When I started writing When We Meet Again, I was going through a very unusual time in my life. I was questioning my life, my marriage and feeling the proverbial fork in the road. The premise of this storyline was very bittersweet and had my husband at odds with my career because I wrote so much of my life into the story. This is actually one novel my husband HAS NOT read and to this day refuses to read.

The emotions are high in the book and many fans and readers have commented how hard the book was to read but they loved the entire book from cover to cover.

Sneak a peek into my life.

When We Meet Again is about just that… the what if’s of life...the loss of that one true love.

Brynn Saunders has wished that for over two decades and while she can't change her life, a strange twist of fate is giving her a second chance at her one
true love.

Best friends Ethan Miller and Brynn have loved each other unconditionally since high school and while their lives were entwined early, they never shared the intimacy they felt for each other.

After an abusive marriage for Brynn and a loveless marriage for Ethan, they've reconnected twenty-four years later and are acting upon what they never had the chance to do years ago.

What would you do? Would you pass up an opportunity to find love? Or would you settle? Please leave a comment and share your thoughts.

    1. Glad to have you in the spotlight, Dawne. I'm looking forward to more great stories from your pen...uh, computer keyboard, that is. Sure is nice that we no longer have to hand-write novels, isn't it!

  4. I loved this book and recommend it. Parts of it mirrored what I went through in my life, and I did find it difficult to read.

At this point in my life, I would grab love with both hands and be happy. But sometimes that love depends on another person, and if they don't embrace it then you have to let it go.
